I have been in the fitness industry since 1997 specializing in Pilates and Yoga. I opened my boutique studio in 2007.  Our progressive Pilates Reformer classes on the Allegro 2 Reformers by Balanced Body are multi-level and small groups.  We also offer Suspension Therapy on the Reformer with a maximum of 4 individuals in a class format or the studio to yourself for a private session.  Studio ECM is a Holistic-Pilates-based virtual training platform that we are integrating to ensure our clients are able to stay current with their wellness programs at home as well as in the studio.  Studio ECM offers Myofascial Release, Suspension Therapy, Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Springboard/Tower, Suspension Training and Suspension Yoga.  Ramona is constantly expanding her knowledge base in order to provide her clients with the best Pilates experience.  Most recently she has joined ranks with Studio ECM as a Master Trainer.

Pilates Practitioner Rebekah Litke

Rebekah has been providing post-injury rehabilitation and fitness services through Aquamotion Rehab and Fitness since 2012.  Her interest in Pilates was ignited in 2015 when the practice helped improve her chronic lower back pain.  In 2018 she sustain an injury in a car accident and turned to Pilates to help her manage her pain and improve her strength. In September 2018 she commenced her Classical Pilates training with Mindful Movement Sutdio to expand her knowledge in post-rehabilitation modalities to assist her clients overcome pain and injury.  Rebekah is passionate about sharing her knowledge and is looking forward to helping you achieve your goals.

Brooke is a certified Pilates instructor, who loves to create class flows that challenge and bring out the best in everyone. With an emphasis on the mind-body connection, she will inspire you to push yourself, as you discover your true potential of strength and movement capabilities. When Brooke isn’t teaching or practicing Pilates, you can find her in her jewelry studio making and creating or taking a long walk at Crescent Beach.
